For years I dealt with abdominal pains, bloat, and other digestive symptoms along with irregular periods, poor sleep, and exhaustion.  I yearned for a solution that would allow me to enjoy time with family and friends, delight in vacations, or get through a day in the office without discomfort.   I was filled with anxiety and for someone who loves to eat, cook, bake, and travel, the idea of eliminating anything that brought me joy was daunting and quite depressing.  Sound familiar?

Fast forward through years of doctor visits and attempts to self-treat, I met a nutritionist who helped me make simple but necessary changes to my diet. Having the guidance to understand what best supported my health and recognize what made me feel good, while still finding great joy in food was a life changer. Ultimately, leading me on this non-traditional path to a career in nutrition and helping you!

Searching for a way to combine my personal experiences, fascination with food, nutrition, and fitness, along with skills of mentorship and problem-solving gained from my prior career, I discovered the Nutrition Therapy Association (NTA).  Inspired by the programs’ values and curriculum centered around real, whole foods and a bio-individual approach I enrolled, completed the educational program, clinical practice training, and here I am, a Nutrition Therapy Practitioner.

I understand the challenges of managing a busy life filled with the demands of work, family, and a desire to maintain social and cultural connections through food, all while feeling lousy.

You want to find long-lasting relief and I can help you get there- let’s uncover how to nourish your body, feel the results, and preserve your health for the future!
