NO BAKE ENERGY BITES

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats

  • 1 cup raw walnuts

  • 8 dates, pitted

  • 1/3 (heaping) cup peanut butter

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1-2 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 scoops protein powder

  • 2-3 TBSP water

    Optional add-ins: cacao nibs, dark chocolate chips

Pulse oats in a food processor until a flour forms.

Add remaining ingredients and blend until mixture sticks together.

Mix in chocolate chips/cacao nibs if using.

Roll into balls (about 1 heaping TBSP each - makes 18-22)

Tip: Store in the refrigerator or freezer so you can grab one when you need a pick-me-up, pre or post workout or even as a sweet treat!
